HIRUCORE Research Center established
The institute and HIRUCORE jointly establish a research center under document 哈管评研〔2026〕01 号.
On 3 August 2026, the Institute for Management Decision and Evaluation at Harbin Institute of Technology (哈工大管理决策与评价研究所) issued the notice establishing the HIRUCORE Research Center for AI and Public Service Innovation (document 哈管评研〔2026〕01 号).
Following consultation between the institute and HIRUCORE (成都燕基空间科技有限公司), and a decision by the institute, the center was established within the institute to deepen research–industry collaboration and support AI research and applications in everyday services.
Jointly developed by the two parties, the center works on decision research, evaluation consulting, technology applications, research commercialization and talent exchange.
Its three research directions are Operations Optimization for everyday-service fulfillment, AI industry applications and research commercialization. The goal is to turn academic models into engineering systems that can be deployed in practice.
